3: For cancer, after surgery, as a prevention against metastases and dementia in patients, taking anti- cancer drugs, suffering from AIDS and paralysis four times a day 3,000 to 6,000 mg (morning, noon, evening, before going to sleep - if symptoms improve in three to six months, the dose is reduced to two to three times a day)
